Traditional Thai massage

In the traditional Thai massage there is no use of oils. The treated dressed in loose fitting light clothing. Stimulation of acupressure points promotes blood circulation and restores the body's energy and balance. Just as Thai massage oil massage works well to dissolve muscle tension and relieve pain. All forms of massage and actually any kind of comfortable human touch releases endorphins in the body that increases the mental well-being, which in turn affects our physical well-being.

    Thai massage is also known as Traditional Thai massage, Thai Yoga massage, Thai Classical massage or Thai Ancient massage and is called Nuat         Phaen Boran in Thailand.

    Thai Massage is a form of healing in the ancient Thai medicine. According to the book The Touch of Love, Thai massage, by Sombor Tapanya, the             oriental massage as healing medicine originated about 5000 years ago and it is known that the art of Thai massage has been practiced for over             2500 years. Thai massage originated in India based on Ayurveda and the massage art was transferred to Thailand by Shivago Komarpaj (Jivaka             Kumarabhacca), a personal friend of Lord Buddha. Since then, Thai massage has undergone a self development where the use of the ancient art of     healing acupressure is an important part.

    Thai massage is based on stimulating the body's energy flows, including stimulation of the muscles and nerves. Deeper and easier                                 pressure techniques and techniques to increase mobility stimulates all of the body's organ systems.
